Our guide Mikheil was very knowledgeable and we learned a lot about the landscape, the foliage, mushrooms, birds and animals on the forest. If you like nature trails then this is a must to do. This is a bit of an intensive hike with lots of climbs (I think the highest was ~340 stair steps) up and down though so at least medium level of fitness and very good knees required.”
